Who Can Use Arklynn?

Required

To use Arklynn, you must meet these requirements:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have a valid Discord account
  • Follow Discord's Terms of Service
  • If under 18, have parental permission
Example

If you're 15 years old, make sure your parents know you're using Arklynn and approve of it.

What Data We Collect

Privacy

When you use Arklynn, we collect only essential information:

  • Your Discord User ID and Username
  • Your Avatar URL
  • Server (Guild) information where you use the bot
  • Commands you execute (for functionality)
We Never Collect

Your Discord password, private messages, or any sensitive personal information.

Prohibited Activities

Important

Using Arklynn for these activities will result in immediate ban:

  • Spamming or abusing bot commands
  • Attempting to hack or exploit the bot
  • Posting illegal or harmful content
  • Harassing other users
  • Using the bot for commercial purposes without permission

Running the same command 100 times per second to crash the bot is prohibited.

Our Responsibilities

Transparency

Arklynn is provided "as is" which means:

  • We'll do our best to keep the bot running 24/7
  • We can't guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may update or modify features at any time
  • We're not responsible for data loss or service interruptions
What This Means

If Discord's API goes down or we need to do maintenance, the bot might be offline temporarily.

Your Rights & Content

Ownership

Here's how content ownership works:

  • You own all content you create using Arklynn
  • We can use your commands to improve the bot
  • We won't sell or share your data with third parties
  • You can request data deletion at any time
Example

If you create a custom embed, you own that embed design. We just help you create it.

Termination

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You violate Discord's Terms of Service
  • You engage in prohibited activities
  • We're required to do so by law
You Can Leave Anytime

Simply remove the bot from your server(s) to stop using Arklynn. No questions asked.

Updates

We may update these terms occasionally:

  • We'll notify you of major changes
  • Changes will be posted on this page
  • Continued use means you accept the new terms
  • You'll have 30 days notice for significant changes
